Returns & Exchange Policy

At Swarna Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our policy below for details.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Timeframe: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Condition: All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Customized, engraved, or altered jewelry, as well as items marked as “Final Sale,” are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact1@swarnajewels.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2.2 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return items.

2.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.

3.2 Refund Amount: Only the product’s price will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.3 Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.


4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Process: To exchange an item, please contact us at conatct1@swarnajewels.com. Once the original item is returned and approved, we will send the replacement item, subject to availability.

4.2 One-Time Exchange: We allow a one-time exchange per item. Additional exchanges for the same item are not permitted.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and documented with photos.
